a dedicated fitness trainer with a passion for empowering women through fitness. My journey began seven years ago during a challenging time in my life when the gym became my sanctuary. Initially overwhelmed by the male-dominated weights section and battling gym anxiety, I soon discovered that the gym is a space for women too. It quickly became my second home, where I found strength, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
For nearly five years, I’ve been training women globally, both in group classes and individual personal training sessions. With a highly active fitness group of over 1,000 women, I’ve had the privilege of inspiring thousands to reclaim their spaces in the gym and embrace a holistic, sustainable approach to fitness. My mission is to help every woman feel confident, capable, and empowered to lift and lead, both in the gym and in life…and let’s have a good laugh while at it!
